Delux Animal Health is seeking a reliable detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support Assistant with a background, or experience in agriculture to join their team.
This role requires clean and friendly communication with customers, accurate order processing and support with basic financial tasks. The ideal cadidate wil have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and understand the agricultural, or animal health industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process customer orders received via phone, or email with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed records of customer interations and transactions
- Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping and financial tracking by using Delux Animal Health company software
- Coordinate with sales and delivery team members to ensure orders are on track, fulfilled and delivered promptly
- Provide knowledgable support related to animal health products and services
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, or administrative experience is required
- Experience, or familiarity with agricultural, or animal health products, farming operations, or agribusiness is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic financial tasks and office software (Excel, QuickBooks, ect.)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in these areas is a plus:
- Background in agriculture, agribussiness, or farm operations
- Knowledge of inventory, or order management systems
